Located at the southern end of a 122,000 square metre (1,313,208 square feet) man-made lake on Notre Dame Island, this sandy beach allows visitors to enjoy a seaside atmosphere in the middle of the city. The lake can be used for swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking.
Montréal's largest park, Parc de Iles is easily reached by metro and a popular venue for outdoor lovers and athletes.
