Owned by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Laurier Gordon Ramsay's menu specializes in free range, grain feed, Quebec raised chickens. Along with many chicken dishes, burgers, fish and chips, ribs, and poutine are available. Children's and takeout menus are also offered.
Restaurant Vertige offers French cuisine and food that incorporates traditional products of Quebec. The menu includes foie gras, smoked rack of lamb, sweetbreads and risotto or bouillabaisse. It is open Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 11pm.

They are open daily from 11:30am to 9pm, weather permitting.
The Grill Crepe Lune
This restaurant was opened in 1997 by two Quebecois and serves pasta, sweet and savory crepes and dishes like snails. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 10pm and Monday from 9am to 3pm.
La Bete Humaine
This Montreal restaurant is best known for its pierrades, where hot stones are brought to the table for guests to cook tapas-style portions of duck, bison, tilapia, scallops and such themselves.
