Established in 2005, the Montreal Musician and Musical Instrument Show draws more than 100 exhibitors who display their goods. Over 50 major name brand companies set up kiosks and each year a featured country sends its best instrument-makers to create a special display. Workshops that include guitar jams, drum circles and harmonica lessons are offered and each night a number of musicians play free shows at the Salon Jeanne-Mance in the Hyatt Regency.
